Returns and Refunds

Generic Returns

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase for all generic made-to-order pieces (excluding earrings), provided they are in their original condition and have not been personalized or altered from the original design. Returns will not be accepted if the items show any signs of wear. Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are not eligible for return.

Any item modified to meet specific customer requests, including all made to order pieces with additional personalizations, is non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please let us know so we can assess the issue and resolve it accordingly. You qualify for a return if the item is damaged during transit or is defective. 

Products should be returned in their original jewelry box including the warranty and authenticity certificate, and it is the buyer's responsibility to provide appropriate additional packaging to ensure the items arrive in perfect condition. If you are unsure about suitable packaging, we recommend reusing the original packaging materials. We cannot process returns for items received in poor condition.

For products purchased during sales or promotional events, refunds will be issued based on the specific terms of the campaign.

To make a return, please go to the bottom of this page and fill out the return form. Your request will be processed within 2 business days. You will then receive all the instructions to follow by email.


We hope you are delighted with your special piece of CALIGARCIA jewelry. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our team immediately, and we will try to rectify the situation or offer advice.

We truly appreciate your understanding of the time, care, and dedication that go into crafting each piece, and we hope this policy feels fair and considerate.

Refunds

We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. We aim to issue the refund within 10 business days, but please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Faulty Items & Repairs

Under the warranty, CALIGARCIA will replace or repair any manufacturing defects within a 1-year period. This warranty only applies to items with manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by the customer. Kindly ensure you retain your warranty booklet, as it is required for processing repairs or returns.

To return a faulty item or request a repair, please email us at hello@caligarcia.it and your request will be processed within 2 business days. You will then receive all the instructions to follow by email.

Request of repair - due to fault of the customer

Customers can request a repair for damage they caused to their item. In such cases, the customer is responsible for both shipping and repair costs, which will be determined after the item is inspected. Upon contacting us via email, we will provide an estimated cost before you send the item.

Please email us at hello@caligarcia.it with a photo and a brief description of the damage. Your request will be processed within 5 business days, and you will receive detailed instructions via email.
