Our designs are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3-5 weeks for production. If you need your piece sooner, please email hello@caligarcia.it and we can discuss your deadline.
The preparation time may vary during peak seasons, such as Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and Valentine's Day as well as other festivities. Personalized jewelry would have specific preparation times, which are provided during the purchase process.
Please note that any duties incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. These import duties apply only when shipping outside of the EU.
Based on the chosen country and delivery service (express or standard), your order will be delivered by one of the following carriers: DHL, FedEX or TNT.
Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations, product availability or customs delays. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by external factors beyond CALIGARCIA's control.

We currently deliver to all EU countries and internationally to Andorra, Åland Islands, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Switzerland, the UK, and the US.

Delivery fee:
For orders below €300, £300 or CHF300: €18, £18, CHF18 or the equivalent in your currency.

International
From the moment you order, you receive our piece within 5-7 weeks (as production takes 3-5 weeks).
