CALIGARCIA products come with a one-year warranty for repair or exchange, covering craftsmanship faults only. This warranty does not cover wear and tear from regular use or loss of an item. To consider a warranty claim, we must inspect the piece in person and receive proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for accurately confirming their size. If an error occurs and your piece needs resizing or remaking, there will be an additional cost. You can email us at hello@caligarcia.it for an approximate price. The exact cost will be determined once our artisans remake the piece.

To begin this process, the piece must be unworn and in perfect condition. We do not repair items that have been badly treated or have lost their plating from overuse.

To keep your jewelry lasting longer and looking beautiful, clean it after each use with the cloth pad provided, and store it in a cool, dry place.
